WTT means stability and comfort
A new company has just moved into Warsaw Trade Tower at 51 Chłodna Street in Warsaw: the Stora Enso NAREW company, which belongs to the leader in the paper industry and one of the biggest producers of paper and packaging: Stora Enso Group. The company has leased 360 sqm of office space in WTT whereas its main seat and the factory remain in Ostrołęka. The fact that the company decided to open its office in Warsaw Trade Tower in the fastest growing office part of Warsaw, within the Central Business Area, once again confirms the high level of interest in this location among tenants. Owing to this ninth tenancy agreement signed in WTT the overall area of the office space leased in the building within the past year has reached 15,200 sqm, where almost a half (approx. 7090 sqm) of the agreements signed are new lease contracts and the rest (approx. 8,160 sqm) are extensions of the old contracts and expansions of the previously leased office space.
According to Izabela Kapil ─ Vice President Portfolio Management ─ Europe in Heitman, Warsaw Trade Tower is enjoying stable interest among both current and new tenants. Within the last 12 months, 15,200 sqm of modern office space have been leased in the building, which is a proof of the tenants’ trust in the building as well as its growing potential. Our standards remain top notch and our offer perfectly fulfils the needs of the market. Taking into consideration our location in the most dynamically developing business area in Warsaw, where the competition is constantly on the rise, we are very happy that WTT has once again been chosen.
More than just a workplace
Warsaw Trade Tower Since its construction in the late 90s, Warsaw Trade Tower has been setting architectural trends in Poland and has become the icon of modern office solutions. In accordance with the people first concept, which has been the number one priority for the owner of the building, the Akron Investment Central Eastern Europe II fund, as well as its asset manager, the Heitman company, the building underwent a process of thorough modernisation in the years 2015-2016. Owing to the changes introduced in the process, WTT can now meet the needs of the most demanding tenants and show that it cares about the well-being of employees through the introduction of ecological and free-of-charge car-sharing for the workers in the building, a common canteen, an activity room and event and conference space on the 35th floor. Moreover, the office building has been certified by means of the environmental BREEAM In-Use method and has received the note Very Good in the Asset Performance category. All this, in addition to the perfect location, attractive lease prices and a possibility to modify office space in accordance to your needs still makes Warsaw Trade Tower an important player on the market.
