Metamorphosis of the Costa Coffee in the Warsaw Trade Tower
Another change in the Warsaw Trade Tower belonging to the Akron Investment Central Eastern Europe II fund. It is the metamorphosis of the Costa Coffee that is located in the lobby of the building. Cafe with an area of over 100 sqm has been adapted to the modern design of the facility and the needs of the business customer, as well as the expanded gastronomic offer of the company.
The owner of the British multinational company Costa Coffee has refreshed the interior of the over 100 sqm premise located in the WTT lobby. It is kept in the warm gray, which harmonizes with the white lobby. The character of the space is contrasted with the red accents. The central point of the cafe is a bar connected to the new refrigerated counter. Around him a comfortable zone was designed for both WTT employees and external guests. During the renovation, a new baking oven was installed, which allowed to extend the breakfast offer, including among others croissants and cinnamon rolls. New on the menu are also hot sandwiches with beef jerky or halloumi cheese, as well as slices of grain bread without the addition of flour with various additives.
Warsaw Trade Tower inspires change. In the years 2015-2016, the office building underwent comprehensive modernization and rebranding. The most spectacular change was the new original arrangement of the lobby corresponding to the contemporary approach to the interior design of commercial spaces. As Izabela Kapil - Vice President Portfolio Management - Europe at Heitman comments: "The new design of the lobby, as well as a number of facilities introduced in the process of modernization of the office building, have become an impulse for tenants of service premises to undergo their own metamorphoses. This inspiration is extremely satisfying for us, and its effects confirm that the chosen direction of changes and building management are correct".
Business meetings in a less formal interior. Nowadays, office workers more willingly choose the informal atmosphere of a cafe instead of tight conference rooms. Meetings with a cup of hot coffee or tea help build relationships with business partners or colleagues. Changing the environment helps you stay concentrated and focus on your tasks. Therefore, in the process of designing the premise at WTT, Costa Coffee took into account the needs of office customers by providing them, among others, with ergonomic seats and easy access to electrical sockets.
Warsaw Trade Tower (WTT) was created in the late 90s as one of the first skyscrapers in Wola district. The building has over 42,000 sqm of comfortable "A" class office space, currently leased in 92.76 percent. In years 2015-16, the office building underwent modernization, as a result of which it gained a number of facilities consistent with the concept of employee-wellbeing and responding to the tenants needs. The building has many service points, which increase the comfort of its users, beside the refreshed coffee shop there are: canteen, bakery, shared dining room for people preferring meals brought from home, dry cleaning, courier services, activity room, conference center on the 35th floor with the highest observation deck in Warsaw and a bilingual kindergarten. Warsaw Trade Tower also has a BREEAM In-Use certificate with a Very Good rating in the Asset Performance category.
